FAQs

  • No! We come fully prepared with our own electricity, water and products in the van. You provide the car - we’ll bring everything else!

  • Yes! We are fully mobile so we can visit you at home, at work, at the gym, or even while you shop! Providing the car is parked in a safe location we will be there.

  • We accept card payments, cash or bank transfer. You can pay before your appointment or on the day, whatever is easiest for you.

  • Working in South Wales this is always a possibility! We will try to come out to you in sun, rain, or snow - but if the weather is extreme we may need to reschedule. If we do we will let you know as soon as possible to rearrange to a more suitable appointment.

  • We use professional-grade products and equipment to significantly improve stains, pet hair, and odours. However, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed depending on severity and material type.

  • For insurance and safety reasons, we ask that child seats and personal items are removed before our arrival. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
